Trish McDonnell

Trish McDonnell is a Registered Nurse at the Ellison Clinic.

Prior to the Institute, Trish worked at the University of Colorado Hospital as an inpatient nurse on the Surgical Oncology/Gynecological Oncology Unit. There, she had the opportunity to work with post operative oncology patients, active chemotherapy patients as well as palliative and end of life care patients.

Transitioning out of inpatient care and into the outpatient setting, Trish looks forward to growing her knowledge of cancer care, chemo and immunotherapies and preventative medicine.

Originally from Arizona, Trish attended the University of Arizona where she earned a BA in Psychology and Communication. While living in Denver, Colorado, she decided to pursue a future in healthcare. She attended the University of Colorado and earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing.

Outside of work, Trish enjoys spending time at the beach, playing with her Golden Retriever, Barry, trying out new recipes in the kitchen and relaxing with family and friends.
