Kruttika Dabke is a Research Scientist at the Ellison Medical Institute. In her role, she develops data analysis pipelines for metabolomics experiments to address pressing scientific challenges concerning human health and exposure.
Dr. Dabke received her PhD in Biomedical Sciences from Cedars Sinai Medical Center where she analyzed proteomics and histopathology imaging data from ovarian cancer tumors to understand protein expression changes in the context of chemotherapy and homologous recombination deficiency.
Outside of work, Dr. Dabke enjoys reading books, hiking and playing badminton.
