Helen Choi is a Research Lab Technician at the Ellison Medical Institute.

She earned her B.S. in Nutritional Sciences and Toxicology from University of California, Berkeley. Outside of work, Helen enjoys collecting stationery, exploring new restaurants with her friends, and going to the beach. During COVID-19, she has started new hobbies such as baking, crafting beaded bracelets, and drying flowers.
